You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange of size and color of the item. We do not issue refunds. Additionally, all items can be taken to any Hush Puppies operated stores for return and exchange within 15 days of receiving the item).
In case of damage to the item, customers can submit a claim within 3 months of receiving the item. The minimum time to submit a claim is 1 month after receiving the item. Claims will be processed and verified. Once a claim is verified as authentic, we will repair the item free of cost. If damage is done to the sole, customers will have to pay for the repair.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address nation-wide. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Depending on these two factors we will provide an estimated delivery date on the shipping quotes page. If your item is available and you are not located in a remote area, we will ship to you in 5-7 working days. If the item is unavailable or you are located in a remote area, we will ship to you in 10-20 working days.
