It’s a broken sandal
Super soft and comfortable sole. The straps are thin and not wide so it doesn't hold much grip but would work well for heavy/fat feet. Overall good experience
Dear Team I faced issues from the initial order taking to the final delivery of the product. In the end I was so frustrated that I event thought to cancel the order. Considering COVID-19 pandemic and great lockdown situation, I understand that the supply chain and logistics are disrupted but still isn’t more than 12 days a lot of time for delivery? The order was being placed from Karachi region and we have multiple Karachi outlets of hushpuppies available, in addition to it the order placed was also not big and customized version, it was readily available off the shelf product. I ordered on 16th June 2020 (order # 41013) for the gift, getting an order after more than 12 days void the essence of the gift. I also inquired via email as well as given WhatsApp contact to Kindly expedite but there was an absolute silence and not a single response was given. You need to work significantly on your customer service department. I know there are delays but a swift and diligent response from the customer service department can handle a situation and a frustrated customer very comfortably. Moreover, the product quality also did not appease to me, it didn’t qualify for value for money. I am optimistic that you will note the above suggestions and take actions accordingly.
