Costumer service page is not working.

I ordered this shoe and they delivered some basic sneakers. Now I tried to report to customer service and the customer service page is not working.

Wrong shoes, customer service not attending Call.

I am very disappointed in the HP service. They delivered very different shoes. I need them very urgent for wedding. Very disappointed.

Hush Puppies sizes are based on wide width as per standard EURO Sizes. If you are not sure of your EURO/Hush Puppies Size, use the “How to Measure Foot” Guide below to measure your size in CMs and use the chart above to convert your CM Size into Hush Puppies/Euro Size.

Please make sure you’re placing an order with your correct size as per given guidelines because as per policy our courier services are not allowed to return boxes that have been opened for any reason, so you will not be able to check your fit once the pair of shoes are delivered, before making the payment. However, do not worry if it’s not the right size or colour as you can get the pair exchanged as per our exchange policy from any Hush Puppies Company Operated Outlet within 15 days.

How to Measure Foot

Heel-toe measurement 1/3

Place a piece of paper on a hard floor with one end to the wall. Stand on the piece of paper with the heel slightly touching the wall.

Heel-toe measurement 2/3

Mark the end of your longest toe with a pencil for both feet. Tip: It's easier if you let someone help you with this.

Heel-toe measurement 3/3

Measure your marking from the wall (heel) to the longest toe for both feet. Take the larger of the two foot length values and compare it with our sizing chart, to define your shoe size.
